A major expansion at Invergordon on the Cromarty Firth in Scotland, involved the construction of a new outer harbour to accommodate wind farm vessels for the renewable energy industry.  Using our 65 tonne long reach excavator, main contractor McLaughlin & Harvey have dredged the sea bed, installed sheet piling and placed thousands of tonnes of rock armour.
