After several months of challenging weather conditions and the removal of rock from the sea bed, the extension of St Mary's Harbour, in the Isles of Scilly, has reached a key milestone.  Using a 60 tonne long reach excavator fitted with specialist underwater attachments, the foundation framework has been installed read for the precast concrete wall units.
