Working with CC Contracting our Doosan DX300 18m machine carried out an 11m deep excavation of a steel pit in Halesowen. The Doosan long reach fitted with a rock wheel, as well as boom mounted camera and light to provide clear visibility, was used to profile the sandstone sides deep in the shaft and then excavate to enable the ground support system to be installed.
